Her past and current participation with local and national quality membership groups such as the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the Center for Quality in Management (CQM) includes teaching courses, and acting as an examiner for state Quality Awards. She is a member of the PMI Chapter and ASQ and is ITIL V2 Foundation Certified.
