May 2012 Program Meeting, presented by PMICIC - 05/17/2012
T. Alan Claypool will be presenting "Nine Ground Rules for Cohesive Team Behavior"
As a process redesign consulting firm, TAC4 Solutions has over forty strategies for streamlining efficiencies in an organization. We have found that the largest gain in efficiencies comes from opening lines of communication across departments and training staff to work as a cohesive team. With foundations based in Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, TAC4 Solutions begins every project by forming a core improvement team and establishing these Nine Ground Rules for how the team will operate throughout the project. The Ground Rules can transform relationships that have been filled will decades of mistrust into constructive synergies where cross-departmental staff solves problems together. Alan Claypool will lay the foundations of common dysfunctions in most teams. Then he will explain the Nine Ground Rules and how to use the rules in day-to-day situations on complex projects.
