- Capturing Name Fields in Checkout
When creating a User profile with the Signup option, users are not required to enter their first and last names. But these fields are required for order checkout. If the order is an Online payment method, and the first and last names are missing, the first and last names from the credit card entry form are used. But for the At The Door payment method, there was no mechansim to capture a first and last name before proceeding to checkout, which caused problems with the checkout process and with the reports that used the order data. We have now inserted a Profile update step that corrects this issue.

We have added an extra step to the member import so that a user can choose to remove the PMI_ID for members not in the DEP file. Missing members will be displayed and they can then choose to continue and delete, or they can choose to stop. This allows for partial updates.
Should a member be deleted, their PMI_ID will be stored in a separate field for later matching on import. This helps to protect against duplicate member records due to email address change.
