Monthly Program Meetings
The PMI Central Indiana Chapter holds monthly program meetings that include dinner, excellent networking opportunities, and an educational program. Most of these programs qualify for Professional Development Units (PDU's) toward PMP certification renewal. PDU's must be submitted personally by each PMP. Trials and Tribulations
Managing clinical trial projects present unique challenges for life science project managers. How to effectively manage the triple constraint of scope, budget, and schedule during clinical trials will be presented.
This interactive presentation will allow participants to discuss their questions and ideas with professionals facing similar challenges and opportunities. After the presentation, there will be time to network with the speakers, organizers of LSPM, and the other participants.
Attendees can self-report PDU(s) for this educational event.
