Advertising Guidelines
All purchases of advertising are considered sponsorships, and all sponsors are listed on the PMI CIC website. Listings include the company logo, company name, which is hyperlinked to the URL of your choice, and a company description not to exceed 250 characters.
Below is a list of our advertising offerings. If you are interested in any of these offerings, or in sponsoring the chapter in some other way, please contact our
Director of Sponsorship. All sponsorships must be paid in full prior to being placed on the PMI CIC website.

Images will be hyperlinked to the URL of your choice. The front page of the newsletter will be distributed to members via email and will also be available on the website. The article pages will be available only on the website. Advertisement content must be in good taste and consistent with the goals of the PMI CIC.

Monthly Program Meeting Sponsorship

Sponsorship includes a display table in a high-traffic area and registration for two attendees. Also includes recognition in the program information page on the PMI CIC website and in the e-mail announcement. The program emcee will recognize the sponsor and will encourage attendees to visit the display table, and the sponsor will have two minutes to address the assembly.

- All PDD sponsorships include recognition in the PDD information page on the PMICIC website, in any printed ads and program book, and in the e-mail announcement.
- Vendor Fair Display Table includes a display table in a high-traffic area and registration for two attendees.
- Program Book Sponsor includes the company logo on the cover of the program book as well as a full-page ad within the program book.
- Badges/Lanyards Sponsor includes the company logo printed on the badges worn by attendees. With this option, the sponsor may provide lanyards, already printed, at the sponsor's expense.
- Morning Break, Lunch, and Afternoon Break Sponsors include recognition by the event emcee in front of the assembly prior to break time.
- If the sponsor would like to add website advertising at the time of PDD sponsorship, they may choose from the following:
- Add 6 months for $1000
- Add 12 months for $2000
- Term for either add on can start upon payment or at another specified time.
