Advertising Guidelines
All purchases of advertising are considered sponsorships, and all sponsors are listed on the PMICIC website. Listings include the company logo, company name, which is hyperlinked to the URL of your choice, and a company description not to exceed 250 characters.
Below is a list of our advertising offerings. If you are interested in any of these offerings, or in sponsoring the chapter in some other way, please contact our
Director of Sponsorship. All sponsorships must be paid in full prior to being placed on the PMICIC website.
Advertisement requests should be submitted 2 to 4 weeks prior to the desired publication date to allow our volunteer staff the time necessary to answer any questions you might have and to process each request. Requests submitted with less than two weeks lead time will be accepted at the discretion of the Director of Sponsorship.
The Sponsorship team request that payment be received at least 5 business days prior to the desired publication due date to allow for proper communication and confirmation with the publication team for processing your advertisement.
Our volunteer team appreciates your support and we will try to process all request as quickly as possible.

Images will be hyperlinked to the URL of your choice. The newsletter will be distributed to members via email and will also be available on the website. Advertisement content must be in good taste and consistent with the goals of the PMICIC. The newsletter is published monthly and distributed 1 week prior to each Monthly Chapter Meeting.
Advertising images and payment must be received two weeks prior to the chapter meeting of each month. No late submissions will be accepted. Images must be .jpg or .gif files.

Ad images will be displayed in the Sponsor Bar, which is visible on every page of the PMICIC website, randomly rotating with other ad images. A maximum of five images will be visible at any given time. Images must be .gif or .jpg files with a resolution of 72 dpi.

Sponsorship includes a display table in a high-traffic area and registration for two attendees. Also includes recognition in the program information page on the PMICIC website and in the e-mail announcement. The program emcee will recognize the sponsor and will encourage attendees to visit the display table, and the sponsor will have two minutes to address the assembly.
