The Project Management Institute (PMI) Central Indiana Chapter is proud to recognize Bolanle Oladokun, ProDevDay - Operations & Logistics Volunteer, as its Q2 2026 Volunteer of the Quarter for her outstanding leadership and contributions.

Since joining the chapter’s volunteer team, Bolanle has demonstrated an exceptional willingness to step up, contribute, and make an immediate impact. She joined the ProDevDay Communications Sub-Committee and quickly took ownership of a significant deliverable, successfully completing it on time and with a high level of professionalism. Her responsiveness, reliability, and commitment to supporting the team helped maintain momentum on one of the chapter’s most important initiatives.

What makes Bolanle’s contribution even more noteworthy is that she did not stop after completing her initial assignment. She subsequently volunteered to support an additional committee and has continued to add value from day one. Her proactive approach, positive attitude, and eagerness to contribute wherever needed exemplify the spirit of volunteerism that helps our chapter succeed.

Bolanle’s actions demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a genuine commitment to advancing PMICIC’s mission. She has quickly become a trusted contributor, and her willingness to engage across multiple areas of the chapter serves as a great example for both new and existing volunteers.
