Humanizing the Challenges of Change with Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ)
One of the pillars of effective Organizational Change Management (OCM) is for a Project Leader to gain Sponsor and Stakeholder commitment – ideally before project approval – regardless of the project methodology.
When key sponsor and stakeholder relationships are founded on TRUST, the likelihood of project success increases dramatically. However, when these relationships experience resistance, lack of engagement, and mistrust, how can the Project Leader improve the situation?
This session will highlight the importance of creating positive change through effective sponsor / stakeholder relationships and introduce the neuroscience of Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ).
Attendees will learn about what triggers our brain to trust or mistrust and how C-IQ can become a catalyst to positively influence and strengthen project team relationships!
- Highlight the importance of building trust in relationships to minimize resistance and achieve effective organizational change
- Introduce the neuroscience behind trust in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ)
- Learn about how “3 Levels of Conversations” can become a catalyst for leading positive change
- Apply C-IQ Coaching practices during an interactive exercise
