Recapping: Agile: What Do I Need to Know?
You may be doing Agile, but are you agile?
This month Patrick Bogan, PMP gave an overview of the Agile Manifesto, various frameworks, and tips on how to make Agile work regardless of industry.
Being agile is all about the behaviors and characteristics of your team. How do you interact with one another? Your product owner? Stakeholders? Read the Agile Manifesto and see how many principles your team exemplifies. Doing Agile is about the frameworks used by your team, such as Scrum, Kanban or Scrum@Scale (which was recently featured in the Harvard Business Review!).
Though easy to understand, Agile is difficult to master.
