Open Volunteer Roles

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping the chapter’s visual identity and brand presence. We have existing templates for many of the designs that you would create, and the preferred tool we use is Canva. You would work closely with the Program Director for Communications and the VP of Marketing. All work must be aligned with PMI brand standards, using the brand assets provided to us. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, creativity, and making a visible contribution to the growth and engagement of the PMICIC community.

Communications Coordinator for Professional Development

This volunteer role is a great fit for detail-oriented, tech-savvy professionals who enjoy making events run seamlessly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll bring approved event content to life across websites, social platforms, and email—ensuring every opportunity is polished, accessible, and on-brand. It’s an ideal way to sharpen your digital marketing and operations skills while earning valuable “Giving Back” PDUs for certifications. If you like turning plans into flawless execution and want to expand your professional impact, this is a rewarding, low-hour commitment way to do it.
