Ethics & Conduct

PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct: All members and volunteers must adhere to these global standards of honesty, responsibility, respect, and fairness. 

Board Business

  • Board Meeting Minutes: Transparency is key to our governance. We maintain official records of all significant board actions. 
  • Elections: Annual elections are held to select our leadership. Chapter policy regarding eligibility and the nomination process is reviewed and/or updated annually.
