We conduct an annual planning process to align our goals with the needs of our members and PMI’s strategic direction.

  1. Strengthen Member Engagement: Increase meaningful participation by 20% over 2025 baselines.
  2. Operational Excellence: Standardize core processes and improve volunteer leadership continuity.
  3. Expand Reach: Increase equitable access to services through geographic inclusion in Southern Indiana and strategic partnerships.

Ethics & Conduct

PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct: All members and volunteers must adhere to these global standards of honesty, responsibility, respect, and fairness. 

Board Business

  • Board Meeting Minutes: Transparency is key to our governance. We maintain official records of all significant board actions. 
  • Elections: Annual elections are held to select our leadership. Chapter policy regarding eligibility and the nomination process is reviewed and/or updated annually.
