Amber currently works as an IT Consultant in the role of a Release Train Engineer, leading an Agile Release Train (ART) through a SAFe transformation. Before that, Amber worked as a SAFe Scrum Master, Agile Coach and held many other project management roles in IT, finance and pharma.

With her background and love for empowering others, Amber founded SOP Evolution LLC, a training company focused on providing professional development to “solution oriented professionals” that have taken an interest in project management. It allows Amber to partner with aspiring Agilists and those looking to grow as practitioners, by taking them through simulated experiences.

Amber is committed to the trade, as seen in her continuing education cadence. Amber is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
