[IN PERSON] April 2024 Third Wednesday Series: What is your Genius?
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Have you ever wondered why you walk away from some projects feeling fulfilled and other projects feeling burnt out and emotionally drained? Both scenarios can be explained through the identification of your working genius! Come and hear about a new tool that provides leaders with great insight into themselves and their team’s dynamics. The Working Genius Model, developed by Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group was created to provide individuals a better understanding of the types of work that bring the most satisfaction to themselves and fellow team members. We will walk through the six fundamental activities that are required for any project and how to improve your team’s production and team members’ satisfaction by aligning project tasks with their natural giftings.
Attendees are highly encouraged to take the Working Genius Assessment prior to the meeting and should bring their assessment results with them that evening. Assessments can be purchased for $25 on the Six Type of Working Genius platform.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Attendees will walk away with a basic understanding of the Working Genius Model and will be encouraged to learn more about implementing the Working Genius Model in their workplace. They will find ways to understand employees, improve their team’s efficiency, create a top-notch workplace culture, and improve employee retention.
