About the Session
In today’s era of rapid innovation, taking an active role in shaping your career is more important than ever. Yet much of the career advice available is outdated, generic, or difficult to apply.
In this session, Tyler will share how to leverage project management best practices in your career planning process—helping you intentionally define, plan, and achieve the role you aspire to.

- Create and execute a plan to audit their skills, brand, and career capital

Tyler Norman, MBA, is a global program leader, keynote speaker, board member, and serial mentor with over 16 years of driving strategic results. As Director of Strategic Supply Chain Programs at Scholastic Inc., he leads initiatives that deliver measurable value (and children's books) worldwide.
