1. What motivates you to go to work?

What motivates me to go to work is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers. Seeing the progress and success of those I train is truly rewarding and fuels my passion for education.

2. What do you love about Project Management?

What I love about Project Management is the challenge of bringing together diverse teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve a common goal. I find it to be challenging and intellectually stimulating.

3. What are some of your PM contributions?

Although I am very new to PM, I have designed and delivered training programs, created templates and tools, and mentored junior employees.

4. What committee do you serve on at PMICIC?

At PMICIC, I serve on the Communication and Technology Committees. Communication is the most challenging field for me and a skill that I’ve been working really hard to improve. Technology is something that I naturally like and I would like to align that with my passion for education.

5. How has PMICIC helped you in your career?

PMICIC has been instrumental in providing access to networking opportunities that have expanded my knowledge and skills in Project Management. Through PMICIC, I have been able to connect with other professionals and challenge myself in new fields and the development of new skills.

6. How would your friends or family describe you in three words?

My friends and family would describe me as passionate, dedicated, and empathetic. They appreciate my commitment to helping others succeed.

7. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

A fun fact about me is that I like to draw (but I don’t know how) and make visual boards. I also love to travel and explore new cultures. I believe that exposure to different ways of life and thinking can broaden our perspectives and enhance our understanding of the world.
