1. What motivates you to go to work?

I work for a good company that is diversified and able to survive bad economic times, senior
management are wise decision makers, and the company genuinely cares for and about its
employees.

2. What do you love about Project Management?

The ‘people aspect’. I came up through the IT / Technical ranks and have always loved working
with individuals and teams to help them succeed.

3. What are some of your PM contributions?

Currently manage all my companies Merger & Acquisition and Integration After the Buy
projects.

5. How has PMICIC helped you in your career?

Networking is always beneficial for learning. I have enjoyed the monthly speakers and the
people I have met through the organization.

6. How would your friends or family describe you in three words?

Caring, Diligent, Fun.

7. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

I have been a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America for over 30 years and have enjoyed
watching my kids and all the other scouts ‘grow up’ to be great young adults.
