Andrew is a Senior Consultant with over seven (7) years of project management experience in Medicaid IT systems, Hospital Construction and technical integration, Public Health, and telecommunications and residential construction. He’s currently a Project Manager for The My Healthy Baby Program, which is a multiple phase, iterative effort that exists so more families can celebrate their babies' first birthdays by connecting pregnant women to home visiting services and ensuring the home visiting system is prepared to provide support and guidance during and after pregnancy. Previously Andrew was a project manager assigned to the construction, transition, and go-live of the Neuro Diagnostic Institute (NDI). The 150 bed Psychiatric hospital successfully opened on 3/20/2019. He also supported the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) project for the State of Indiana and was a key part of the CoreMMIS Federal Certification project, which completed in June, 2018 resulting in a significant cost savings for the State of Indiana by obtaining approval from the Federal Government to increase Medicaid funding match from 75% to 90% in addition to reimbursement for a year of operations at a 75% match.
