Featured Keynote: Dr. Anna Stumpf – When Numbers Don’t Add Up: The Hidden Neuroscience of Burnout for Project Leaders
Project managers know how to manage scope, deliverables, and deadlines — but many silently struggle with depleted capacity, hidden burnout, and an “always on” mindset.
Light Dinner for in-person registrants, 6-6:30 PM

In this energizing and science-backed session, Dr. Stumpf introduces the Energy Triangle™, a neuroscience-based model that uncovers how three types of energy—performance, personal, and people energy—interact to drive or drain your ability to lead.
Through relatable PM personas and guided reflection, you’ll uncover:
🔺 Your personal Energy Triangle diagnostic—pinpointing where energy is leaking or overloaded
🔺 Hidden burnout patterns that masquerade as high performance
🔺 Actionable resets to rebalance workload, relationships, and recovery
🔺 Tools and language for leading sustainable performance conversations with your teams
This fast-paced, practical session offers a powerful reset to help you start 2026 focused, grounded, and ready to lead with energy that lasts.

*** Reconnect with fellow members and expand your professional network in a welcoming environment.

Can’t attend in person? Meeting will be recorded and made available a week following.

This event is FREE for all PMI Central Indiana Chapter members, but seating is limited. Please note: The Refinery46 meeting space is accessible by a flight of stairs.
