What is ProDevDay2025?

ProDevDay is the annual professional development conference hosted by the Project Management Institute Central Indiana Chapter (PMICIC). It’s a one-day event designed to equip project managers and industry professionals with fresh perspectives, practical tools, and meaningful connections to drive project success.

What is this year’s theme?

The 2025 theme is “Project Success Starts Here”, emphasizing actional insights, innovation, and leadership strategies that define success in today’s evolving project landscape.

When and where is the conference taking place?

ProDevDay2025 takes place Wednesday, August 6, 2025 starting at 8:30 AM at High Alpha, located at 830 Mass Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana. The day concludes at 6:30 PM following a Fireside Chat and Networking Social on the High Alpha Skydeck. PMICIC will offer this event in a hybrid format, providing both in-person and virtual attendance options to ensure accessibility for professionals across the state and beyond. Virtual attendees will be offered an abbreviated experience, concluding at 4:30pm PM that afternoon.

Are professional development units (PDUs) offered?

Yes, attendees will have the opportunity to earn PDUs toward their PMI certifications. The exact number and breakdown will be shared closer to the event.

Where should I park?

Bottleworks District Garage, located in the Mass Ave corridor, provides ADA accessible parking, and will be provided complimentary with all in-person registrations. A full logistics guide, including transportation and parking details, will be provided to all registrants in advance of the event.

What should I wear?

Business casual is recommended. Bring comfortable shoes and dress in layers.

Is the in-person venue accessible?

High Alpha is designed to be accessible to individuals with disabilities. This includes a wheelchair-accessible entrance, elevators, and a wheelchair-accessible parking lot.

Will food be provided?

Yes, the in-person event includes breakfast, morning refreshments, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and complimentary happy hour drink tickets as part of your registration.

I have a dietary restriction. Who do I contact?

If you did not include this information on your registration, please contact vp-finance@pmicic.org 1 week in advance of the event, so accommodations can be provided.

Will session recordings be made available post-ProDevDay?

Session recordings will be made available to in-person and virtual attendees post-event. 

Will wi-fi be available to in-person attendees?

Yes, complimentary wi-fi will be available.
